L’Atelier wins prestigious ULI Europe Awards for Excellence
The award, which was presented in Barcelona at the C Change Summit, the real estate industry’s meeting place for tackling the challenges of climate change, recognizes the best practices and most outstanding projects in urban development. A prestigious distinction for L’Atelier, the result of an unprecedented collaboration between Covivio, STUDIOS Architecture and Maison Sarah Lavoine.
We are delighted to receive this award for L’Atelier, a project that embodies our vision of the office of tomorrow. Inspired by the codes of hospitality, L’Atelier has been designed as a true ecosystem open to its environment, hybrid in its uses and offering great flexibility. Fully operated by our subsidiary Wellio, it offers a wide range of services and welcomes resident users, such as Covivio’s European headquarters, as well as external clients who organize seminars, conferences or board meetings. Designed to adapt constantly to the changing needs of businesses, this project is a collective effort involving Maison Sarah Lavoine and STUDIOS Architecture, who have perfectly adapted the concept imagined by Covivio to magnify this jewel of Paris’s industrial heritage.
