Foundation & Stakeholders Committee

In 2019, Covivio expresses its purpose and announces its intention to set up two new bodies focused on its stakeholders and the community at large: the Covivio Foundation and a Stakeholders Committee.

Covivio Foundation: take part in the life of the city

Created in 2020, the Covivio Foundation responds to the company’s desire to take a more active part in the life of the city and thus contribute to better living together. It also echoes Covivio’s purpose, “Build sustainable relationships and well-being”, by focusing its action on projects that promote better equal opportunities in France, Germany and Italy.

The Foundation’s Board

The Foundation’s Board, which supports projects in France, Italy and Germany, includes 3 external qualified personalities and 5 internal members representing our different countries.
It meets 2 to 3 times a year to define the areas of intervention, the budget and the calendar, and to validate the projects to be supported.

A local anchorage, a collective approach

To ensure strong local roots and involve its teams in the approach, Covivio has set up local committees in France, Italy, and Germany responsible for identifying projects to be supported and presenting them to the Foundation’s Board. Furthermore, each year, all Covivio employees can devote 8 hours of their working time to an association of their choice to support its actions: this is the Socovivio programme.

Covivio’s support goes far beyond the financial aspects

The association “La Cravate Solidaire” helps jobseekers join the workforce by offering image coaching, providing professional attire and preparing them for future job interviews. Alongside the financial support of the Covivio Foundation, we are bolstered by the contribution of employees, who organise clothes banks and interview coaching. Covivio has also provided a 200 m² logistics space that allows us to sort and store clothes in optimal conditions. Basically, a well-rounded partnership.

The Stakeholders’ Committee: crossing perspectives to challenge each other

Involving partners and customers to go further

Covivio has a Stakeholder Committee. Composed of members from within and outside Covivio, it conducts forward-looking work by exploring and analysing the major trends and weak signals that directly or indirectly impact Covivio’s field of activity. Its members meet 2 to 3 times a year around a common theme with the aim of sharing their work within the company and more widely with the various players in the city.

This Committee, which will evolve over time, includes the following members in particular:

Jade Francine
