An 11,300 m² sustainable office building, Urban Garden is actively involved in reducing its ecological footprint. How is it doing this? Thanks to a low-carbon construction approach, reuse and circular economy practices, reused and non-restructured office floors, and new green areas. By favouring redevelopment over demolition-reconstruction, Covivio has limited the amount of land it takes up and ensured that the project’s carbon footprint is reduced.
Urban Garden underwent a renovation of its service base in 2024. Occupants can now enjoy a lobby with a concierge service, a conference area, a wellness area and various restaurant areas offering seasonal, balanced, ethical and responsible cuisine with a bistronomic influence.
The open-ground tree garden, designed with the help of an ecologist to identify and preserve local species, contributes to biodiversity and creates a natural environment beneficial to flora and fauna.
