The Westin Grand Berlin

Acquired by Covivio in 2005, the Westin Grand Berlin is an iconic 5* hotel.

The building, dating from 1873, is ideally located in the heart of Berlin. With 400 rooms and suites, the hotel offers a range of event facilities, as well as a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and a second restaurant on the ^1st floor . The hotel also has a spa and fitness area.

The Westin Grand Berlin, an emblematic hotel in the heart of the German capital, is reinventing itself through a major renovation project to be carried out between 2020 and 2022. The transformation has modernised the hotel while preserving its prestige. All 400 bedrooms and bathrooms have been completely refurbished to guarantee the hotel’s upmarket positioning over the long term. The communal areas have been revitalised and modernised to appeal to a broader clientele, with attractive concepts.

The service offering has also been redesigned to be accessible throughout the day and adapted to the varied expectations of customers.

Le Méridien de Nice

Acquired by Covivio in 2017, this iconic 4* hotel in Nice, ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais, is one of 24 hotels operated by WiZiU , Covivio’s hotel management platform.

Thanks to a total renovation to be completed in early 2020, has undergone a major transformation to enhance its offering and establish itself as a must-visit destination. Some of the hotel’s 324 rooms, including 17 suites, breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The communal areas, including the lobby and restaurant, have been redesigned to create additional seminar spaces and strengthen the venue’s events positioning.

As for the rooftop, the hotel’s real asset, it has also been renovated to enhance its spectacular view over the Baie des Anges and the Promenade des Anglais, offering a unique setting and experience.
