Located in the Golden Triangle in the heart of Paris’ most prestigious arrondissement, 21 Goujon is an architectural nugget from the 1930s. Led by the renowned Wilmotte & Associés practice, the refurbishment of this 8,600 m² office and service building pays tribute to its privileged location with a unique interior design.
Following a major refurbishment by Covivio and architects Wilmotte & Associés, this characterful 1930s building, spread over 8 floors, offers around 1,000 m² of office space. In addition to its workspaces, 21 Goujon also boasts 600 m² of outdoor space, including an agricultural greenhouse, a patio and a rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower.
As part of our drive to make our buildings ever greener, a number of green spaces have been created. Firstly, there is the green terrace on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of Paris and its major historic monuments. As for the courtyard of around 500 m², a 140 m² agricultural greenhouse has been installed with vegetable boxes, the produce of which is intended for the occupants.
This building, acquired by Covivio in 2018, boasts a number of assets: a premium location, architectural quality and a variety of spaces. These features have attracted a major user, who has installed its teams on the entire surface area of the building.
Historical heritage
The restructuring of 21 Goujon has enabled it to respond to new office codes and user expectations, while respecting the unique character of the site. This latest project illustrates Covivio's expertise in enhancing the value of its historic Parisian heritage.
Modern
A glass roof overlooking the courtyard, at the top of the building, has been installed, adding a touch of modernity to this historic building without altering its façade.
