Corte Italia awarded at The Plan Real Estate Award 2024

The Corte Italia project received an honourable mention in the Innovation and Design category at The Plan Real Estate Award, the award that recognises innovation, sustainability and quality of design in projects.

Corte Italia is a soon to be completed project that has refurbished a historic building at Corso Italia 19 to accommodate a single tenant in a modern working environment, while maintaining its cultural identity.
A true model of urban regeneration, Corte Italia won over the jury mainly due to the extension of the inner courtyard and the roof of the 6^th floor, which has been transformed into a glass-covered atrium, bringing natural light into the spaces and creating a dynamic, contemporary environment. The addition of two upper floors and terraces, offering exclusive views over the city, reinforces the unique character of the spaces.

Corte Italia is aiming for LEED Platinum and WELL Bronze certifications, while it has already achieved the Wiredscore Gold certification.
