The industrial site This office building, acquired by Covivio in 2008 and to be vacated in 2020, has been converted into residential accommodation and delivered in September 2024. It totals 4,700 m2 and comprises 68 homes in 3 buildings.
Acquired by Covivio in 2008 and to be vacated by STAE in 2020, this former industrial site, located at 143/145 avenue du Général de Gaulle in Antony, has been completely transformed to make way for 4,700 m² of housing spread over 3 buildings. With a total of 68 homes, the scheme, designed by QUADRI FIORE ARCHITECTURE, offers plenty of outdoor space: each home has a balcony, terrace or garden. Residents can also take advantage of 113 parking spaces.
In terms of the environment, the building stands out for its WiredScore Silver and BEE +3 star certifications, which attest to the building’s low ecological footprint and quality of use. As a virtuous programme, it has also incorporated 680 m² of low-carbon concrete for its infrastructure, resulting in a reduction of 73,503 kg of CO2 equivalent.
